Founded in 2013, SIRRMIET is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year! Jean-Lionel Laccourreye, founding president alongside Christian Rouch (Bis Repetita – ATF) and Eric Kohsok (Plurium), looked back at the key milestones that have shaped the association: the creation of the SIRRMIET Charter, the launch of the Qualicert/SGS refurbished certification, and actions taken regarding the private copying levy, among others.

The association has experienced significant growth, with membership increasing from 3 to 35 companies over the past 10 years. It now represents a highly significant share of the sector (1 billion euros in turnover and 3,000 direct jobs combined). All members, including the newly elected president, thanked Jean-Lionel Laccourreye for his commitment and leadership in recent years. He was unanimously appointed Honorary President.
