A new executive board at SIRRMIET

Laurent LAMOUREUX has been unanimously elected President of SIRRMIET for a two-year term.

Vice-President of the union for many years, Laurent Lamoureux, Recycling and Trading Director at Econocom, presented a strengthened team to support him within the Executive Board.

Reynold Simonnet, co-founder and CEO of Dipli, and a board member for more than two years, will serve alongside him as Vice-President and Chair of the Communication Commission.

Stéphanie BARD, Director of the Eole – Koesio refurbishment and logistics center, will be in charge of the Quality Commission, and Juliette Vogler, CEO of Sens Technologies – Okamac, will lead the Distribution Commission.

The objectives set by the Executive Board are as follows:

  • Continue the actions undertaken regarding distortions of competition and private copying,
  • Defend the interests of the refurbished sector before various public institutions,
  • Advocate positions ahead of the publication of new regulations,
  • Strengthen SIRRMIET’s representativeness by expanding its regional coverage with both local and national stakeholders involved in this industry,
  • Further integrate the social and solidarity economy within the membership and strategic discussions.

Laurent Lamoureux also warmly thanked the outgoing board members for their contributions and personal commitment: Jean-Christophe Estoudre and Nicolas Flipo.
