ANFR validates the update proposed by Apple following the exceedance of the SAR limit on the iPhone 12

The French National Frequency Agency (ANFR) has completed its verification of the update proposed by Apple for the iPhone 12.

Tests confirm that this software update enables the device to comply with the localized “limb” SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) limit value, and therefore to meet the applicable regulatory standards.

ANFR has requested that Apple organize the deployment of this update across all devices.
